VIA77 COMMERCE CONCEPT / DEMONSTRATION

FORME

A skincare routine should feel considered, not complicated. FORME explores a store that gives product imagery room to breathe while bringing size, use and purchase choices closer together.

DESIGN INTENT / NOT MEASURED RESULTS

The customer problem

A first-time skincare shopper needs to understand the product, size and price before committing. This fictional brief treats choosing a size as the key decision, rather than assuming more campaign imagery will resolve uncertainty.

01 / Product choice

Keep 30 ml and 50 ml controls beside the price. The selected state, price change and bag confirmation are visible and announced to assistive technology. The amber bottle image stays consistent with the campaign.

The trade-off

A restrained page gives the product room but exposes less information at once. A real build would place ingredients, usage and delivery answers near the decision rather than hide them behind visual minimalism.

Proposed validation

Ask participants to choose the smaller size, state the price and find their bag item. Observe wrong-size additions and hesitation. This is a proposed task study; no customer test or conversion result is claimed.

Challenge

How do I choose the right product without working through a wall of competing claims?

02

Opportunity

This design exploration asks how clearer product information could make the next customer decision easier. No customer research finding is claimed.

03

Strategy

The concept places product materiality first, followed by a short description, explicit sizes and an immediate bag confirmation. On mobile, the decision sequence stays vertical and within a comfortable reading measure.

Experience

Product discovery, product detail and mobile interaction. The concept explores a coherent journey across desktop and mobile.

Technology

A production implementation would define catalogue ownership, inventory and order events, payments and analytics before selecting integrations.

06

Outcome

An original interface exploration, not a measured commercial result. This concept has not been deployed for a client; no conversion uplift, revenue impact or customer-research result is claimed.
