Fern & Field
A catalogue that credits a different maker on every product.
Commerce conceptOpen the demo store

Brief and audience
A homewares store carrying ceramics, linen and glass from several small makers, with a product page for each item.
Intended audience: People shopping for the home or for gifts, who care about who made a piece.
Status and role
Status: commerce concept. Not a client project. It takes no real orders or payments, and no results are claimed.
VIA77’s role: brand direction, interface design and front-end build. It is a front-end demonstration and is not connected to a live Shopify store.
Design and technical decisions
- Name the maker, materials and care on every product.
- Let people browse by product type and by room.
- Build individual product pages so each item has its own detail.
Constraints and trade-offs
- Maker details need disciplined product data on a real store.
- Store claims, reviews and policies shown here are illustrative only.
- Shipping and returns are not connected.
What it demonstrates
- Multi-maker catalogue structure
- Collection and room navigation
- Consistent product data on product pages
